Abstract Submission

Graduates in microbiology or allied disciplines are eligible to participate. Undergraduate students may also present their research under faculty supervision, provided their abstracts are accepted by the Scientific sub-committee. The participants are requested to submit a classified abstract (within 300 words) according to the format given below. Please follow the guidelines for abstract submission to avoid disappointment of rejection.

Introduction: Briefly state the background and aim of the study.

Methods: Summarize the main exceptional design and procedures.

Results: Highlight the key findings concisely with specific outcomes.

Conclusion: Emphasize the broader relevance of the findings and suggest possible applications or future directions.

The abstract submission deadline is 15th September 2026.

If a participant’s abstract is not accepted and he/she want to withdraw their registration, the registration fee will be returned to the participant.
